Unit economics that work per crate, not per pitch deck

Ferrous is a working logistics business: trucks, crates, a grading bench and signed manifests. Here is where the company stands.

The same counter runs on our homepage and here. It reads directly from lot intake at the Hatfield Street facility — the number we report to customers and to our board is the number you see.

The thesis

Millions of EV batteries will leave service this decade, and almost nobody can legally move them. The gap is not technology — it is logistics: certified crews, hazmat transport, honest grading and audited downstream placement, sold as one service. Ferrous runs that service today, from a hub in the region that produced the people who know how to do it.

“We are not a software company pretending to do logistics. We have trucks, crates and a bench, and we can show you every kilogram.”

Lena Park, Co-founder & CEO
