How it works

Four steps, from your lot to its second life

One operator handles the whole chain: scheduling, certified transport, grading and downstream placement. You get paperwork at every step.

  1. 01

    Schedule

Tell us what you have and where. Dispatch confirms your pickup window within two business days, and we handle the hazmat paperwork before the truck arrives.

  2. 02

    Certified pickup

DOT-trained crews arrive with rated crates, fire-suppression blankets and full chain-of-custody documentation for every load.

  3. 03

    Sort and test

At our Hatfield Street facility, modules are weighed, voltage-tested and graded on a bench built for second-life decisions.

  4. 04

    Recycle or reuse

Reusable modules ship to storage and second-life buyers. The rest go to audited smelters for lithium, nickel, cobalt and copper recovery.

Who we serve

Built for the people holding the batteries

Dealers, fleets and repair shops all end up with hazardous material they cannot just keep. We take it off their hands, legally and on schedule.

A technician in a plain hi-vis vest stands beside a fire-rated battery crate on a pallet next to an electric SUV on a dealership service lot

Dealerships

Trade-in packs sitting in the lot

A dealer group in Monroeville holds damaged packs from trade-ins and lease returns that cannot legally sit on the lot indefinitely. We clear them on a monthly route, with documentation their OEM rep accepts.

Cleared on a monthly route, with paperwork your OEM rep accepts

A two-person crew loads crated battery packs onto a box truck with a liftgate at an electric delivery-van depot

Fleets

End-of-life packs from delivery vans and shuttles

Electric delivery fleets retire batteries in batches, not one at a time. We schedule around depot downtime, crate the packs on site and return per-vehicle recovery reports your ESG team can use directly.

Up to 90 modules per depot visit

A technician in nitrile gloves places a battery module into a rated crate on a workbench in a clean EV repair bay

Repair shops

Salvaged modules from collision and battery repair work

Independent EV repair shops generate salvaged modules weekly. Our shared-route pickups mean a two-module shop pays nothing near what a dedicated haul would cost, and stays RCRA-compliant without extra staff.

Shared routes across 14 states, from $0 for qualifying volumes
